It's Officially Dan Malloy and Nancy Wyman in November!

Gubernatorial candidate Dan Malloy and his running mate Dan Malloy sign Nancy Wyman are the Democratic endorsed candidates winning over Ned Lamont and Mary Glassman. The margin of votes was always 14-16% as the precincts reported. While some thought it would be a nail biter, the race was actually never in doubt, especially for the most ardent Malloy/Wyman supporters. The winners carried Enfield, even though their opponents were not endorsed by all members of our state delegation. But the past is now behind us and we all come together to back our endorsed slate in November!

Judge of Probate Mark Maniscalco Wins Regional Probate Race

Mark Maniscalco Mark Maniscalco handily won in is quest for the Judge of Probate seat over Judge Susan Warner in the Democratic primary. While it was close in Enfield, Somers andStaffo rd came out in force for Mark.

Mark in addressing the crowd of supporters at Democratic HQ humbly thanked his campaign team for all their hard work. Now it's on to the November election where Mark says experience will make the difference (as his oponent has no probate experiece).

Congratulations to the gunernatorial team of Malloy and Wyman, Secretary of State candidate Denise Merrill, State Comptroller candidate Kevin Lembo, and our own Judge of Probate candidate Mark Maniscalco for their vicories in the primary. The 2nd Congressional delegation selected Congressman Joe Courtney for re-election to Congress. When Joe humbly accepted the nomination I'll bet he never thought that he'd be facing a former news anchor in Republican Janet Peckinpaugh.

Joe is the real deal and a former news anchor isn't. Go Joe!

Jarmoc Endorsed in 7th Senatorial

At the Windsor Locks Town Hall Enfield State Rep Karen Jarmoc was enthusiatically endorsed as the CT 7th Senatorial candidate. Her goal to unseat incumbent John Kissel (R) of Enfield is off to a great start.

With over 40 delegates present, Karen delivered a moving acceptance speech. She touted her legislative experience and her passion for helping the people of the towns in this district. "This is gearing up to be one exciting campaign." said one delegate.
