Our Goals
Quality Education for ALL Enfield Students
- Redefine the budget process to
ensure there is clarity in the way your dollars are
being spent, that
we are getting the most "bang for our buck", and that the budget
is
focused on meeting your expectations, not merely maintaining the status
quo.
- Never assume that "because we've always done it that way"
is acceptable. We need
to look closely at
programs and services to ensure they are what we need and they are
the best they
can be.
- Look at early education as a priority. We have the
best chance of effecting change
when we address learning issues in
their early stages.
- Use technology to enhance learning and our teacherss' ability to educate.
- Ensure students have the opportunity to learn and grow with art, music, drama,
physical education, and sports.
- Expand and put focus on the partnership between the community, schools, families, and
the student.
